The pictures are of the Whistler Olympic Park where the
ski Jumping events take place.
The jump on the right is the Normal Hill.
On the left is the Large Hill.
Saturday's event was the Large Hill Gold Medal Event.
The winner jumped 144 meters or about 477 feet!!!!
Over 1 1/2 football fields in length in the air!!
It was truly amazing as was the crowd. You can see
the massive gathering in the next picture.
